for the 2019 ACP Photobook Fair, THE photobook event of the Southeast!
Located in the popular Buckhead area of Atlanta, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia provides premium exhibitor space for showcasing photobook publishers, art/photography zines, published photographers, and a curated selection of photobook vendors as a featured event of the ACP Festival.
For 2019, we’ll be kicking-off the weekend with an opening reception for the public on Friday night. Saturday will be a full day, with scheduled book signings and artist talks in a dedicated presentation space.
We promise a weekend full of discovery and photobook celebration!
Friday, October 4th:
2:00pm – 5:30pm Publisher Move-In & Setup
6pm – 8pm Reception (Open to Public)
Saturday, October 5th:

This is a featured event of the 2019 ACP Photo Festival and as such will be aggressively marketed.

Fair admission is free and open to the public
All Exhibitors are required to be set up and have their tables open from open to close at 5PM on Saturday.
There is parking on Bennett St. For loading and unloading, we recommend access through the back, with entry on the eastside of the building.
Materials and merchandise may be shipped in advance to the Atlanta Celebrates Photography office, and should arrive no later than Wednesday, Sept 25th. Your package will be waiting for you at your booth for setup. Ship CLEARLY LABELED packages that indicate your exhibitor name to:

ACP can ensure that your properly boxed (with return shipping labels) exhibitor materials will be shipped back via the common carrier specified on the label. Before you leave the premises, please call your carrier to schedule pickup for Tuesday after 11am.
Please note that fair organizers are not responsible for unclear or mislabeled packages.
Exhibitors will need to be prepared to handle all of their own invoicing, cash sales, credit card processing, receipting, etc.
Pack Up and Load Out:
Exhibitors must pack up beginning at 5pm and be out by lockup around 6pm, Saturday.
You may cancel your paid registration without penalty by emailing email@example.com by Friday, Sept. 13th, at 5pm, at which time you will receive a full refund. Cancellations that occur after 5pm on Sept. 13th will not be refunded.
